@subnet_masked @benjojo Right... in the US 'apple cider' is a non-alcoholic beverage, we call alcoholic cider 'hard cider'. Outside the US alcoholic cider is the norm, and non-alcoholic 'cider' is just apple juice. Weirdly, the apples used for cider are not the same apples used for juice, they don't taste very good if they haven't been fermented. I wonder which type of apples are used for this 'soft' cider.
