@benjojo can't get a DCIM/101 folder if your cameras storage medium doesn't allow saving more than ~10 images :D
(otoh: I'm not sure about that, as the mavica supports autoincrement even over multiple floppy disks. But it'll take some time until I reach 9999 images…)
