As some of you know, I work for Grafana Labs... and so the conversation goes how it would be cool to get a lot of Labrador dogs to have at conference, so that we'd have Grafana... Labs.

But obvs this would be hard on the dogs, so I have subtly suggested we should make dog collars, so that those people with a Lab could make theirs a Grafana Lab.

Labs are a large dog, you know... 12-16 inch collar size... which coincidentally is about the range of sizes that would be needed for humans 👀 but no-one had clicked, and the idea looks good to go.

I pushed more, instead of having real dogs at the booth, a bit hard on them... we could always make some human sized dog outfits, so we could still have some Grafana Labs on the booth 👀 . This idea too is looking good, though dog collars are "easy to make" the marketing team are far less certain where to source a dog outfit. I'm going to send them some links to some fursuit makers.
