In constant awe at how British Airways, a company that famously operates in a space where not selling flights will cause rapid bankruptcy, is so bad at actually selling/booking flights

@jamesog @benjojo It also just falls over casually without online checkin being open. Even booking a flight is impossible sometimes as the API calls just get a (formatted) HTML page in return stating an overload. Repeatedly. At 2 in the morning GMT...

@benjojo JAL and ANA can definitely compete in that space, although I think that might just be Japanese sites at large
