@demize I would take a guess and say that they may have missed one of those "whois information confirm" emails that ICANN now enforces that you send (and suspend domains that dont confirm)

@benjojo I don't think you actively have to do anything with those emails. The registrars just have to send them out at interval, from what I've seen.

@Brahn netsol was basically(*) the first domain registrar, and he.net is very old. It's hard to argue a proactive change when dealing with a domain that is nearly 30 years old!
