I once saw a spanner for M240 nuts. It was operated with a crane, though it looked just like any spanner, just bigger.
It was at the building site of Europipe II terminal at Emden-Knock. I only had to operate a shovel, moving up to 5 metric tons of ground bricks a day. Though it was just hard work, I learned a lot. Especially the safety instruction at the first day contained a lot of info about pipelines, gas under pressure, possible failures and how to deal (run!) with them...
