Mods are asleep, post cursed motherboards

3 different motherboards, 1 has lots of USB 3 "PCIE" extenders instead of PCIe slots, one is a huge (bigger than E-ATX) board with lots SATA connectors facing upwards, the other is the back of a industrial board with 15+ USB3 ports

@benjojo I wish I could find a picture of the marine industrial board I saw a while back. the top half of it looked like a regular ATX board (CPU, RAM, 24-pin power, USB, PS/2, Ethernet, etc.) but the bottom half was completely covered in IDC connectors. except they weren't for IDE hard disks, they were for literally hundreds of channels of canbus.

@benjojo Not as cursed as the others, but I guess the AMD 4700S desktop kit qualifies too?

In case you haven't heard about it, it was a budget-oriented desktop motherboard with soldered on 8/16 GB of RAM and a Zen 2-based CPU... which was the same one found in a PS5, but with a disabled iGPU

That's not the most cursed bit, however: in order to make up for the lack of an iGPU, the board had a *single* PCIe x16 slot... but it was connected internally to just *four* lanes running at *Gen 2* speed
