@benjojo I haven't paid any attention to the spam rate, but yeah, where have all these phone calls suddenly come from? I got four this week, each for different domains. Even if they're just slop dropping the work, I have trouble imagining that the success rate on the calls (which I'm pretty sure are human, given the abuse I received when one of them realised I was just deliberately wasting his time) is going to produce enough work to be profitable.

@womble ah good okay it's not just me, I do wonder their "success rate" is too

I do try and just keep them on the phone for as long as possible (even though my pixel is doing a great job at flagging them ahead of time that they are going to be spam) mostly as a curiosity thing and to waste as much as their time as possible so they can't move onto the next possible victim
