(i)    Within 90 days of the date of this order, FCEB agencies shall take steps to ensure that all of their assigned Internet number resources (Internet Protocol (IP) address blocks and Autonomous System Numbers) are covered by a Registration Services Agreement with the American Registry for Internet Numbers or another appropriate regional Internet registry. 

Good result for ARIN I guess, mass transitioning of legacy space

@HopelessDemigod not all IP addresses are managed under an RIR because they predate the RIR system. This executive order forces the United States government to move any remaining legacy space they have to an RIR, while specifically naming ARIN as a possible choice

(i)   Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Homeland Security, acting through the Director of CISA, shall publish template contract language requiring that any product that acts as a DNS resolver (whether client or server) for the Federal Government support encrypted DNS and shall recommend that language to the FAR Council.  

DoT/DoH/DoQ for all! (as long as all work for the US Gov, and you are willing to wait for new stuff to turn up)

There is some other stuff around post quantum ciphers, secure boot, etc, but I am not really qualified on those subjects, so whatever I guess

Given this is the ending days of the current US Administration, it remains to be seen how much of this actually sticks anyway
