This RIPE Atlas probe is soon going to be old enough to have mailing list arguments with, and boasts a industry leading "one nine" uptime over those years (I'm pretty sure a lot of the time it spent down was when it ate a USB disk and I didn't notice for a few weeks)

@benjojo I ran one for a while but it kept falling over and seemed to need reflashing. It'd be nice ot contribute, but turned out to be a real hassle

@tmcfarlane Yeah they do need to be fed a new USB flash disk every few years, but I have a huge bag on them from other older projects, so it's no real problem for me

@benjojo To celebrate that fact, we are giving you 12506642 credits to use for scheduling your own measurements. In the last 13 years your probe was connected for 96% of the time. I'm entirely disappointed at the lack of precision I received ;-(
